As part of a mixed-use community redevelopment effort in East Cambridge, NorthPoint Cambridge adds 329 condo units of different styles and types spread across two unique buildings called Tango and Sierra.
All homes include keyless entry, concierge services, and the opportunity to purchase controlled-access parking. Prices at the new 2009 Cambridge NorthPoint development range in price from approximately $350,000 to $1,500,000.
Much like the new community that is springing up around the condos, the residential development buildings are unique to themselves. For instance, the Tango building features garden-level homes with private entrances and patios, duplexes with balconies, and a two-story lobby. The Sierra building, the smaller of the two featuring 99 condos, boasts double height rooms with 14′ windows.
Condos at NorthPoint Cambridge are environmentally friendly and energy efficient, making use of bamboo flooring and high-end appliances such as Bosch. The development is pre-wired for FIOS Internet and cable access, and is conveniently located near public transportation and easy highway access.
